How does payment processing work? 

When you click "Pay Now," the payment processor sends transaction information to the card associations, which then communicate the appropriate debits to the issuing banks in their network. The amount of each transaction is charged to the cardholder's account by the issuing bank. Your dashboard account will be created once the merchant bank deposits funds into the merchant account. 

How far in advance should I book a session?

 

We recommend booking your session at least a few weeks or 24 hours in advance, especially for popular dates such as weekends or during peak seasons. However, we understand that sometimes you may have last-minute needs, so we'll do our best to accommodate your requests.

 

Can I reschedule or cancel my session?

Do I receive digital copies of the photos/videos?

 

Yes, absolutely! Once the photos/videos are ready, we'll provide you with digital copies in a high-resolution format. You'll have the convenience of downloading the files directly from a secure online gallery or receiving them via a digital file transfer method.

 

Can I print or share the photos/videos?
